When I get angry, sometimes I’ll yell, argue and say things I do not mean. If I say anything in this state towards anyone, I usually NEVER mean it. I’m trying to get better at recognizing that I am losing control and walking away. Please remind me to walk away from a situation that is making me upset.

Despite all this, I think I’m a good person, I’m just still navigating the world.
